PLEASE NOTE:  Attendees of the 2009, 2010, 2011 or 2012 symposium that previously registered on this site do not have to re-register on the site for the 2013 symposium.  Please do not register again as a new user.   In order to be counted as a registrant for the 2013 symposium, you must change your "Primary Group" to 2013.  Once registration opens, sign into the site using your previous account info and change your "Primary Group" membership to the "2013" group.  The "Groups" management is located in the "My Profile" block of links on the top right of the page once you sign in.


Also, please note that international attendees must register 120 days prior to the symposium in order to obtain clearance.
